Experience:  Minimum 5  to Maximum 8 years (Graduate engineer)

                      Minimum 7  to Maximum 10 years (Diploma)

**Experience in engineering companies (power industry). **

CTC (Cost To the Company) : Minimum  700000 INR ~ Maximum 900000 INR

Qualification: Graduation/diploma Mechanical

Skills:

a)      Good at AutoCAD Software, Navis work, in studying the design reports generated through STADD, FEM etc.

b)     Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Job Responsibilities:

Key tasks

·      Preparation and checking of G.A & Detail fabrication drawings Including part’s List for Rotary Equipment especially Material Handling

·      Preparation of Technical Specification Documents (TSD) independently.

·      Evolution of Technical offers and clarify supplier if any.

·      Can handle all technical quarries from suppliers while manufacturing.

·      Monitoring of supplier performance in terms of Progress, scope.

·      Stage wise inspection of fabricated equipment and preparation of Reports (I.e., Conformance and Non-Conformances)

·      Preparation of Technical deviations of Packages and to provide relevant technical inputs for Claims or change orders.

·      Knowledge of Duct design and its calculations.

·      Interference checking of equipment

·      Knowledge of study of P&ID and implementation in pressure part drawings.

·      Familiar and can handle with AutoCAD software latest version.

Operational tasks

·      Compilation of technical specifications to ensure completeness.

·      Checking vendors engineering progress and documents where necessary.

·      Assisting project team in statutory approvals and approvals from client.

·      Disposing technical deviations during project execution.

·      Checking drawings to ensure compliance to statutory codes and standards.

·      Assisting site team erection activities at site for timely execution of project.

·      Involving in clarification of manufacturing queries raised by fabricator

·      Preparation of O&M manuals

·      Participation in and contribution to internal and external design reviews,

·      Implementation of Quality control measures according to project quality plan and surveillance of supplier quality assurance.

·      Participating the Final workshop Inspection,

·      Preparation of technical offer comparison

·      Technical Negotiation with supplier

·      Reviewing of all supplier technical documents during project execution for respective package,

·      Site visit for technical discussion in relation to construction and commissioning of packages.

Organizational involvement

·      Interface with other systems, EPC contractor to absorb basic engineering documents, procurement and QA procedures.

·      Position reports organizationally to Group Head – Layout & design.
