Leading a team of partner development managers who will drive C-level and field relationships
• Develop and execute detailed joint business plans with partners including revenue and customer adoption targets, solutions packaging, software licensing, go-to-market plans, etc., •
Manage the public cloud (AWS & Azure) Alliances globally and able to drive key initiatives to grow the cloud business and meet the joint KPI’s. • Meet and exceed goals for customer adoption and revenue growth via alliance partners. •
Ensure compliance to all management reporting requirements and monitor work according to company policies. • Facilitate and develop global sales strategies and programs in coordination with product and sales teams. • Identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using AWS. • Ensure that AWS is the preferred cloud computing platform for all our alliance partners. • Prepare and document all market plans and analyze services to be presented in an effective business environment.
Any Post Graduation in a marketing / Sales / Alliances or related • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development and program management experience as well as experience working with many of AWS existing global alliances. • Experience working with OEM / Partner community will be a plus. • Deep understanding of the company’s organization & operations, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure and business model. • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives. • Experience working with cross-functional and highly matrixed teams across time zones and geographies
Requirements: •
