Position: Sales and Billing Executive

Experience: Fresher - 2 years

Location: Lucknow

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Billing Management:

• Generate and raise sales invoices accurately and timely.
• Ensure all billing data is accurately entered into the system.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.

1. Sales and Purchase Maintenance:

• Maintain detailed records of all sales and purchase transactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to update sales figures and targets.
• Verify purchase orders and ensure timely vendor payments.

1. Stock Management:

• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare monthly sales and billing reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, purchases, and stock movements.

1. Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with the sales, purchase, and accounts team for smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers for order processing and billing-related queries.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, billing, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in billing software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
