Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Telecaller for a full-time position based at our Jaipur headquarters. The candidate should have up to 10 years of work experience. The role involves engaging in telephonic communication to support our marketing and sales efforts, utilizing CRM tools effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have prior experience in CRM software (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in cold calling to generate leads and attract potential clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce for managing client interactions and data.
  • Strong customer service skills to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Proficient in objection handling to overcome client hesitations and close sales.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively over the phone.
  • Skilled in negotiation to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to present our services and generate sales leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer information, sales progress, and interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Manage customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Continuously follow up on leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed log of calls, conversations, and outcomes for team review.
  • Identify and document potential areas of improvement in telecalling processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
