We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Verifitech Services - India. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are specifically looking for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates is a plus
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Evaluate and select candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide timely and effective communication to both candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and documentation
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
