Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of background verification services is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively identify and upsell additional services to existing clients, maximizing account growth
  • Monitor client accounts, handling renewals and contract negotiations
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by providing training and support as needed
