We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Team - Senior to join our team at Verifitech Services - India. As a member of the Client Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in client success or a related field.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in client success or a related field
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client escalations effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of background verification services or similar industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients, helping them maximize the value they receive from our products and services
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas of improvement to enhance the overall client experience
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless client experience
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients
• Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on the progress and performance of their accounts
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being achieved
