We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quality professional with a specialization in Cosmetics or Pharma to join our team in Chennai. As a full-time position, this role requires a seasoned expert possessing 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our operations related to cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in the cosmetics and pharmaceuticals industry is required. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
• Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring all products meet legal standards for safety and quality.
• Strong auditing skills to systematically review processes, assess compliance, and suggest improvements.
• Extensive experience in quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and detect any deviations early.
• Competency in Quality Assurance practices to ensure that company products meet certain standards of quality and are reliable for use.
• Experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address deviations effectively and prevent future occurrences.
• Must possess critical thinking skills to analyze challenges and provide innovative solutions contributing to process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different departments to achieve quality objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the quality department for cosmetics or pharmaceuticals, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulations.
• Implement and oversee FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the production facilities.
• Conduct regular audits to evaluate process efficiency and compliance with regulations and company policies.
