Position -HR Recruitment

1. Must have 5 to 6 years experience in HR recruitment

2. Should not have gap in work experience 

3. Worked for BPO, insurance, Banking industry are welcome.  

4. Bulk hiring, mask recruitment drives experience

5. Female & male both can apply

6. Job Location is within 10 km from Yerwada, Hadapsar, Wanowari, Swargate, Kothrud, balaji nagar, kharadi

7. Qualification - BE & MBA in HR can apply 

8. AGE must be below 35 yrs 

9. Married & unmarried both can apply

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, Job portals etc.

• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

.Interview candidates (via phone, in-person)

. Screen incoming resumes and application

• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

-Open to work on target base job
