Job Title – Legal Manager.

Location - MP, Bangalore, Kolkata, Bhuvneshwar, Tamil Nadu

Qualification - LLB 

 Key Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and vet mortgage-related legal documents including title deeds, mortgage deeds, etc.

* Provide legal opinion and prepare title search reports to verify the ownership, identifying any encumbrances or legal issues.

* Coordinate with external legal vendors and other stakeholders for property verification and other legal matters.

* Design, implement, and maintain efficient legal processes and workflows, ensuring accurate management of MIS, legal records, analysis, documentation, and adherence to TAT and quality standards in line with company policies.
