Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive / Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Solar EPC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client queries, and converting potential customers into actual installations through tele-calling and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective clients interested in solar solutions (Residential/Commercial/Industrial)
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar products and services
- Maintain follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email until closure
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads from digital campaigns, website, inbound calls, and referrals
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the field sales/technical team
- Maintain CRM data and ensure all communication is recorded properly
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably BBA/B.Com/B.Sc/Engineering)
- 1–4 years of inside sales or tele sales experience (solar industry preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati/Regional language is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and email writing
- Ability to understand technical concepts (basic understanding of solar is a bonus)
