In Order to optimize work order opening & completion. 2 Business Generation Workshop loading and achieving defined targets for sales by number of job orders and service volumes, promote service offerings and for the whole dealership by liaising with the parts department for sales of accessories etc. and by notifying the sales department of any vehicle sales opportunity.
In Order to achieve the business plan 3 Customer Satisfaction: Establish polite and efficient contact with potential and existing customers, ensure accurate information is obtained from service supervisor and communicated effectively to the customer, receive and deliver vehicles in a customer friendly manner, obtain prompt payment of customer invoices by ensuring the details are accurate, ensure personal appearance and conduct are at all times to line with companies’ requirement
In Order to improve customer satisfaction levels. 4 Key Account Management: Execute planned actions for identified key accounts with respect to aftermarket (parts & service), liaison between concerned positions internally and the customer
In Order to present a one point contact for identified accounts. 5 Post Sales Service / Customer Compliant Report: Prepare weekly reports on customer complaints and submit to CRM for collation
