About the Role
This is an entry-level voice process role focused on outbound and inbound client communication. You will support sales and business teams by handling calls, understanding client requirements, and coordinating internally.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound client calls professionally
• Understand basic client requirements and share relevant information
• Explain IT services clearly to potential clients
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team
• Maintain call records and update CRM or internal trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
Requirements
• Any graduate (Business, IT, or related field preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in voice process, customer support, or telecalling
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Clear and confident verbal communication
• Basic understanding of IT services is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
