As a UX intern, you’ll be part of an environment where research, empathy, and iteration form the core of our design process.

About the Role

We are looking for a UX Design Intern who is curious, analytical, and user-obsessed. You’ll help uncover insights, frame problems, and design flows that make digital products intuitive, meaningful, and delightful. This role is more about how experiences work than how they look—perfect for someone passionate about research, psychology, and interaction design.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research and interviews to understand needs, pain points, and motivations.
• Translate insights into journey maps, personas, and problem statements.
• Design information architectures, task flows, and low-to-mid fidelity wireframes.
• Run usability tests and analyze feedback to refine user experiences.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure solutions align with user goals and business objectives.
• Document and communicate design rationale clearly for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of UX methodologies such as personas, journey mapping, wireframing, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility principles.
• Ability to analyze data and user behavior to derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma for mapping and prototyping.
• Critical thinking and empathy—designing for real people, not just pixels.
• Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and research findings.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) for behavioral insights.
• Exposure to service design concepts—thinking beyond screens into end-to-end experiences.
• Interest in how UX impacts product strategy and adoption.
• Familiarity with trending AI tools for design and research (e.g., AI-driven wireframing, usability analysis, or persona generation).
• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven workflows.
• Exposure to business thinking in design—how design impacts product growth and user adoption.
• Enthusiasm to learn quickly, adapt, and contribute meaningfully in a collaborative environment.
