About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Lead to head the design strategy and user experience for our digital products. As a design leader, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centred designs and leading a team of designers to deliver impactful and engaging user experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives across web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user journeys and interface requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Mentor and guide a team of junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency.
• Establish and maintain a robust design system and UI style guide.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
