UI/UX Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead to own the end-to-end design experience across web and mobile products. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on design, user research, and team leadership. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design efforts across multiple products and platforms
• Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and design systems
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams
• Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency
• Review designs and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure designs align with usability, accessibility, and brand standards

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Strong understanding of user research and usability testing methods
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments

Good to Have

• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise products
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
• Experience working with design systems at scale

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or related field
