About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Lead who can own the design process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate should be strong in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and crafting intuitive experiences for both web and mobile applications. This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership teams. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and a smart, professional approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design lifecycle for web and mobile products

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals

• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders

• Mentor and guide junior designers

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and a user-centered design approach across all products

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio

• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD

• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and responsive design

• Proven experience handling end-to-end product design

• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence

Good to Have

• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise products

• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions

• Experience in Agile environments

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
