Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in managing technology projects. The role requires strong project management expertise combined with an understanding of modern technology stacks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and successful project execution, managing stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects involving modern tech stacks, such as:
• Backend: Java, Python, Flask API, FastAPI
• Frontend: React, Flutter
• Database: MongoDB
• AI/ML frameworks (basic exposure is a plus)
• Design/Prototyping Tools: Figma
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Experience in tech or Service-based companies preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams across various projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Drive best practices in project management and continuously improve processes.

Key Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Excellent communication, client handling, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
