About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can lead product development from concept to launch while working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services or technology-driven environments and be capable of defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and driving customer-centric solutions. Strong communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals

• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirement gathering, development, launch, and enhancements

• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable software, cloud, mobile, and platform solutions

• Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and make data-driven product decisions

• Write user stories, PRDs, feature requirements, and acceptance criteria

• Present product concepts and updates to leadership and partners

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases and drive continuous improvement

• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration

• Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, cybersecurity) to enhance product value

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience (minimum 3 years as a Product Manager in IT Services)

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes

• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, functional product specifications

• Strong logical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with engineering teams on software, cloud, or digital transformation projects

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

• Experience creating roadmaps, PRDs, wireframes, and user workflows

Good to Have

• Exposure to SaaS, cloud-based products, AI/ML features, or automation solutions

• Experience with EdTech, FinTech, AdTech, Retail, or consulting environments

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles or digital transformation projects

Education

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

• MBA is an advantage
