Data Scientist (Exp 8- 10 years)  

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our analytics and AI team. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving natural language processing, behavioral modeling, and predictive analytics. Your primary focus will be on developing and deploying models for NER, probabilistic inference, deep learning architectures, and behavioral nudging strategies. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement NER pipelines using state-of-the-art NLP frameworks (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers). 
• Develop probabilistic models (e.g., Bayesian networks, HMMs) to support decision-making under uncertainty. 
• Build and fine-tune deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for structured and unstructured data. 
• Create and validate nudge prediction models to influence user behavior using behavioral science principles. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions. 
• Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Required Skills 

• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow). 
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and frameworks. 
• Solid understanding of probabilistic modeling and statistical inference. 
• Experience with behavioral modeling or nudge theory is a strong plus. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and MLOps practices. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Expert in Python Programming, Deployment of AI solutions and AI engineering 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelors/ Master’s Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and real-time data pipelines. 
• Experience Nudge forecast and prediction Models for ecommerce Marketing domain.
