Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team in Bangalore Urban, Bengaluru. This internship position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience looking to gain practical experience in sales. The role involves a blend of learning and working within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry. As a fresher-level position, the internship offers a fantastic opportunity to grow in sales strategy and execution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to handle lead generation processes to identify potential clients and business opportunities efficiently.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques and comfort in reaching out to potential leads proactively (Mandatory skill).
- Experience or understanding of lead qualification processes for better conversion rates (Mandatory skill).
- Strong skills in client onboarding by facilitating smooth transition and integration of new clients into the company system.
- Competence in solution selling by identifying and providing suitable products or services to meet client needs.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipeline processes to prioritise and maintain prospective client touchpoints effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrable self-motivation and eagerness to learn, drive results, and meet given sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team in expanding the client base.
- Participate in cold calling leads and ensure consistent follow-up, addressing queries when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to strategise and optimise lead generation processes.
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with potential clients through professional interactions.
- Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings alongside senior representatives to gain hands-on experience.
- Track and report on leads, ensuring accurate documentation and updates within the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies to enhance outreach and conversion rates.
