About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to support our sales activities through bank-to-bank visits. The role involves building relationships with bank staff, explaining offerings, and coordinating sales-related activities. Candidates should be comfortable with field work and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit banks as part of daily sales activities
• Explain products/services clearly to bank staff
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank representatives
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Provide regular updates and reports on field activities
• Travel daily across assigned bank locations

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel bank-to-bank
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently in the field

Education

• B.Com or BBM (mandatory)

Experience

• 6 months to 2 years in sales or field-related roles

Travel & Allowance

• Extensive local travel required
• Travel allowance will be provided by the company
