Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership:

•

Define and implement QA processes, best practices, and test strategies.

•

Lead the QA team, mentoring and guiding team members in testing methodologies.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Test Planning & Execution:

•

Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

•

Ensure thorough testing, including manual, API, regression, functional, adhoc, sanity, load, and automation testing.

•

Establish test automation frameworks and ensure continuous integration testing practices.

•

Conduct performance, security, and usability testing to enhance software reliability.

Bug & Issue Management:

•

Identify, report, verify, and manage defects effectively.

•

Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.

•

Ensure all unresolved bugs are documented and moved to the backlog appropriately.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

•

Act as a bridge between development, product, and business teams to ensure quality standards are met.

•

Allocate and manage tasks efficiently within the QA team to meet deadlines.

•

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the QA process.

Documentation & Reporting:

•

Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and test reports.

•

Develop API documentation and other technical materials for seamless knowledge sharing.

•

Provide regular reports on QA progress, test coverage, and defect analysis to stakeholders.
