Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Support

• Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Perform manual testing, API testing, regression, functional, and sanity testing under guidance

• Support the setup and maintenance of basic automation frameworks (Selenium/Appium)

• Learn and apply QA processes in Banking Domain projects

Bug & Issue Management

• Identify, log, and track bugs using Jira

• Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and ensure smooth issue resolution

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain documentation for test cases, test plans, and results

• Share regular testing updates with mentors and stakeholders

Required Skills & Tools Expertise

Skills

• Basic understanding of manual and automation testing

• Knowledge of Banking Domain testing concepts

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and documentation abilities

• Understanding of API testing

Tools

• Jira (issue tracking)

• Postman (API testing)

• Selenium/Appium (automation basics)
