About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. The role involves ensuring product quality by designing test cases, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers to deliver reliable and stable releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications

• Identify, analyze, and document defects using bug-tracking tools

• Work closely with the development team to understand requirements and reproduce issues

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases

• Maintain test documentation and prepare detailed test reports

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a QA/Test Engineer

• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies

• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium/WebDriver (basic to intermediate)

• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)

• Understanding of SDLC and STLC

• Experience using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Candidates must have hands-on experience working on Banking Domain projects

Good to Have

• Basic SQL knowledge for DB validation

• Experience with automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit)

• Exposure to CI/CD tools

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
