Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager (Scrum Master) to oversee and drive agile project execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Scrum Master roles, with a strong understanding of agile frameworks and the ability to lead cross-functional teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Act as a servant leader and agile coach to guide teams in Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks.
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team by promoting agile values and principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in tech or product-based environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.
