Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing product presentations, proposals, and client documentation
• Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
• Support product demos and follow-up discussions
• Research client industries, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Maintain and update CRM records and reports
• Work with technical teams to gather product information and solutions
• Help respond to RFPs, RFQs, and customer queries
Required Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of IT/software products (training will be provided)
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to understand customer needs and document requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work with cross-functional teams
Good to Have
• Internship or project experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA
