Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in product management a strong background in the logistics domain, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that address customer needs and drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for logistics-focused products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and design, to deliver product features on time.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to shape product direction.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact and business goals.
•  Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
• Act as a subject matter expert in logistics operations (e.g., transportation, warehousing, last-mile delivery).
• Drive go-to-market strategies in coordination with marketing and business teams.

Requirements:

3 to 6 years of product management experience, preferably in a logistics, supply chain, or transportation domain.

Strong understanding of logistics workflows, pain points, and technology solutions.

Proven ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
