Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Java Developer with 6-7 years of experience to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java-based technologies along with leadership experience in managing development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure applications
• Mentor and guide a team of developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and delivery
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Drive architecture decisions and technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure timely delivery of projects

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologie
