About the Role

You will drive sales and business growth in the US market. The role involves lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle for IT services.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market.

• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.

• Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.

• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable IT service offerings.

• Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and sales planning.

• Lead proposal creation, pricing discussions, and deal closures.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Track market trends and monitor competitor activity in the US region.

• Maintain updated CRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience in IT services.

• Prior experience selling to the US market is preferred.

• Good understanding of software development, cloud, and managed services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently during US shift hours.

• Experience using CRM platforms.
