About the Role
This role is centered on expanding business in the Middle East region. You will manage outreach, client relationships, and the full sales cycle for IT services.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire clients across Middle East countries.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, demos, and requirement discussions.
• Recommend suitable IT solutions based on client needs.
• Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track industry trends and monitor competitor activity in the Middle East.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and prepare structured sales reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience in IT services.
• Prior experience selling to Middle East clients is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of cloud, development, and managed services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
