About the Role
This role focuses on Inside Sales for the Indian IT market. You’ll manage lead generation, client relationships, and the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and qualify clients across India
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions
• Recommend suitable IT services based on client needs
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and support deal closure
• Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project execution
• Track market trends and competitor activity in India
• Maintain CRM data and share periodic sales reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 4–6 years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience in IT services
• Good understanding of the Indian IT landscape
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a steady pipeline and meet sales targets
• Experience working with CRM platforms
Language proficiency
Hindi, English, and Kannada
