Internship Role Summary

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will assist the HR team in managing recruitment operations, supporting the hiring process, and contributing to sourcing efforts. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced IT company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and help shortlist candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain communication with candidates regarding interview updates
• Support the onboarding process for selected candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
• Work closely with the HR team on recruitment campaigns and projects
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and company policies

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong interest in recruitment and related operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

• Interest or exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment
• Awareness of basic HR practices and hiring compliance
