Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Delivery Manager to lead global technology delivery across multiple geographies. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value programs across AI, Cloud, Data, and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, delivery excellence, and the ability to work with enterprise and C-suite stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead large, multi-country technology programs across AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise platforms
• Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
• Partner with the CTO to convert technology strategy into delivery roadmaps
• Own delivery P&L, including budgets, forecasting, and resource utilization

Technical Oversight

• Provide guidance on AI/ML architecture, MLOps pipelines, and AI governance
• Oversee cloud-native architectures, microservices, and data engineering pipelines
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance across all delivered solutions
• Track and adopt emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and advanced security

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main delivery contact for enterprise and C-level clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and executive-level presentations
• Build long-term strategic relationships with global customers

People & Operations

• Build, manage, and mentor high-performing distributed teams
• Drive skill development, succession planning, and performance management
• Lead program escalations and recovery plans when required

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT services and technology delivery
• At least 8 years in global delivery or program leadership roles
• Proven experience managing large, multi-million-dollar delivery portfolios
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Cybersecurity
• Solid understanding of enterprise software engineering, DevSecOps, and large-scale system integration
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications

(Candidates are expected to hold multiple senior-level certifications)

Program & Delivery

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, ITIL 4, SAFe

Architecture & Cloud

• TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect, Kubernetes

AI & Data

• AWS ML Specialty, Google ML Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, NVIDIA or equivalent, CDMP

Cybersecurity

• CISSP, CISM

Business & Quality

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Executive education in AI or business strategy (MIT, Stanford, INSEAD or similar is a plus)
