Role Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Manager – Global Technology & AI to lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-country technology programs. Reporting directly to the Chief Excutive Officer (CEO), this role demands a leader with both deep technical acumen and strong delivery governance expertise.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar technology portfolios while guiding the adoption of advanced technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, IoT, and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Delivery Leadership

• Lead global delivery of enterprise-scale programs across AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, IoT, and Cybersecurity.
• Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks (CMMI, ITIL, ISO) to ensure high-quality execution.
• Partner with the CTO to convert technology strategies into actionable roadmaps.
• Own P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and utilization optimization.

Advanced Technical Oversight

• Provide architectural guidance on AI/ML model design, MLOps, and AI governance frameworks.
• Oversee integration of AI solutions with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Guide adoption of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-safe Security.

Global Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary delivery interface for global C-suite stakeholders.
• Support business development through solutioning, technical due diligence, and executive presentations.
• Represent VectorStack at international technology forums as a thought leader.

People & Operations Management

• Build and mentor high-performing, distributed global delivery teams.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and AI skills enhancement.
• Lead critical escalations and recovery programs to ensure client success.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years in IT services, with at least 8 years in global delivery leadership.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar, multi-geography technology portfolios.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software engineering, DevSecOps, and system integration.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

Program & Delivery Management: PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, PMI-ACP®, ITIL® 4, SAFe® SPC

Architecture & Cloud: TOGAF®, AWS Solutions Architect (Pro), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect, CKA

AI & Data: AWS ML Specialty, Google ML Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, NVIDIA DLI, CDMP

Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM

Business & Quality: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Executive Education in AI/Business Strategy (MIT/Stanford/INSEAD or equivalent)
