Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in business analysis and a strong understanding of IT solutions. As a Business Analyst at VectorStack, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing our clients' business needs, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather information and communicate project progress.
• Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IT solutions, particularly in POS systems, is a plus.
