Role Overview:

We are urgently seeking dynamic and skilled AI/ML Engineers to join our growing team in Bangalore. You will work on a variety of AI and machine learning projects, ranging from building intelligent systems to deploying scalable models in real-time applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
• Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product)
• Maintain and monitor model performance in production environments
• Document model workflows, experiments, and outcomes clearly

Requirements:

Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer (3–4 years experience):

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Experience deploying ML models via APIs (Flask, FastAPI)
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD for ML (MLOps)
• Familiarity with version control (Git), Docker, and data pipeline frameworks
• Prior experience handling end-to-end AI/ML projects

Junior AI/ML Engineer (1–2 years experience):

• Hands-on experience in building and training ML models
• Good understanding of data handling, model evaluation, and algorithms
• Familiar with Python, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn
• Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Computer Vision, NLP, or Recommendation Systems
• Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubernetes
• Public GitHub or Kaggle profile showing relevant projects
