Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore, or Bengaluru. This full-time, senior-level role is ideal for candidates with up to 9 years of work experience, passionate about building predictive models and driving impactful solutions using the latest AI technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Python (Mandatory skill) with advanced knowledge of libraries and frameworks for building AI and machine learning solutions.
• Expertise in predictive modeling (Mandatory skill) to deliver accurate insights and inform business and technical decision-making processes.
• Advanced experience in time series forecasting (Mandatory skill), including handling and analyzing large sequential datasets.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AWS for scalable deployment and managing robust, cloud-based AI infrastructure.
• Full stack Python development, enabling integration of AI models into web applications and enterprise platforms efficiently.
• Proficiency with Flask for creating, deploying, and maintaining RESTful APIs to serve machine learning models to end users.
• Practical experience in end-to-end model deployment processes, ensuring scalable and maintainable production AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing models and systems for enhanced performance and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models with a strong focus on predictive modeling and time series forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Leverage AWS and full stack Python technologies for integrating, deploying, and monitoring AI models in production environments.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask for delivering AI solutions to various client-facing applications and internal platforms.
• Continuously improve model performance by implementing state-of-the-art algorithms, fine-tuning, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Ensure quality control through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation of project deliverables and technical workflows.
• Offer technical mentorship and support to junior engineers, contributing to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies, proactively applying relevant innovations to enhance VectorStack’s offerings.
