• Maintain a thorough knowledge of jewelry products and showcase new arrivals to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and offering personalized assistance.
• Assist in the arrangements and display of jewelry pieces in the showroom, ensuring an attractive presentation.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless showroom operations and address client and operational needs promptly.
• Report sales activities and results regularly to the sales manager, providing insights and feedback for process improvements.
