• Ability to create compelling posters and other marketing materials to effectively promote services and engage target audiences.
• Experience with design tools and techniques to enhance marketing efforts and ensure high-quality output.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing, to build brand presence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey clear and persuasive messages to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics in order to refine strategies and improve performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for V Catapult's marketing campaigns.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their recruitment needs efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and engagement with potential clients and candidates.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with recruitment goals and the company's mission.
• Coordinate with the US support team to provide exceptional service to US-based clients and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Track and assess the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and reporting tools to optimize outcomes.
• Assist in organizing company events and promotions, ensuring they are executed smoothly and achieve desired engagement levels.
