• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to management in all aspects of HR functions.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and safeguard the company.
• Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and professionalism to promote workplace harmony.
• Administer payroll processing accurately and on time, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with current laws and company needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Conduct recruitment activities to attract and select candidates that fit the company culture and values.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
