We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Factory to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. The role primarily involves supporting factory operations, ensuring inventory management and assisting in various administrative tasks related to production activities.

10, 12 , Diploma alone eligible.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Excel is critical for managing data and generating reports efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Experience or knowledge in a factory setting is crucial as it provides insights into the industry and operations (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to assist in various tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a supportive attitude towards team members.
• Capability to effectively manage inventory, ensuring materials and products are tracked and documented accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with team members and management seamlessly.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain quality standards and reduce errors in factory processes.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively under minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement practical and timely solutions in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily factory operations to ensure seamless and efficient production activities.
• Manage and update inventory records accurately to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with the factory team to ensure materials and equipment are available as needed for production work.
• Prepare routine reports using Excel and share insights with the management to aid decision-making.
• Maintain factory equipment and materials, ensuring they are regularly checked and serviced.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates on tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of safety and compliance measures to maintain a secure workplace environment.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure overall factory objectives are met and contribute to team success.
