  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for efficient document preparation and management.

  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail and high degree of accuracy for maintaining office and account records.
  • Familiarity with payroll management systems to support timely and accurate employee compensation processes.
  • Experience using Google Workspace for seamless communication and file management across teams and departments.
  • Understanding of CRM software for maintaining effective customer relationships and database management.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Provide front office support, handling communications and inquiries, and directing them to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems like QuickBooks and SAP ERP, and generate financial reports.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy of all entered information and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist in payroll management processes, ensuring that employee payroll is handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Support office management activities, including ordering supplies, and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments.
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with company protocols and uphold high professional standards.
