• Familiarity with SAP for efficient bookkeeping and managing financial transactions within software systems.
• Skillful in tax preparation to assist in creating financial strategies and filing necessary documents accurately and on time.
• Attention to detail in identifying discrepancies and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly in financial documents.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting peers and contributing to a cohesive team atmosphere.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions comply with accounting standards and external regulations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities to facilitate accurate financial statements.
• Prepare accurate reports on billing, receivables, and cash analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Assist with audits by providing insightful financial data and assisting in the preparation of audit findings.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions captured in the accounting system.
• Perform tax and GST calculations and filings to meet compliance requirements effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Support special financial projects and provide the necessary documentation and analysis as required by the management.
