• Proficiency in Tally Prime (Mandatory skill) is essential for managing day-to-day accounting transactions with accuracy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) (Mandatory skill) and its application in business processes.
• Ability to prepare and examine financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurate and legal.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for compiling financial reports and data analysis, enabling informed business decisions.
• Understanding of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and their effective implementation in accounting.
• Experience in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial forecasts to evaluate company financial health.
• Knowledge in general accounting principles to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills to compile, verify and interpret financial data accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and timely report to the management on financial status.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain precise financial records and mitigate discrepancies.
• Execute audits on financial transactions and document accounting control processes.
• Analyze financial data to predict future financial trends, thereby assisting management in decision-making.
• Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements as per compliance.
• Liaise with our internal team as well as external auditors and consultants to ensure precise execution of tasks.
• Provide support with forecasting income and expenses and report discrepancies directly to management.
