A trusted global cloud based tech provider for several Fortune 500 companies worldwide, offering a comprehensive suite of tech solutions for the logistics industry. 

• Position:  Pre-sales Consultant – PCS
• Experience: 10 + years
• Location: Thane, Mumbai
• Responsibilities:
• Discovering customer needs and preparing RFPs.
• Lead the product solutioning phase of the sales process from start to finish including discussing with client and internal product teams to finalize and freeze the clients’ expectations for the product in terms of functionality and coverage.
• Expert in product/solution demo with use cases and user journey.
• Creating functional and / technical proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of a product or service offering to a customer to secure a contract or agreement to purchase a product or service.
• Managing the client relationships so that they are comfortable to share information and ideas. Furthermore, Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the client's industry and business model.
• Training sales staff on new products or services being offered by the company to increase their knowledge about offerings and enhance their ability to sell effectively.
• Working closely with other members of the sales team to coordinate efforts and identify opportunities for growth in the market.
• Serve as a bridge between sales and product teams
• Candidate Profile:
• Ideally with Port Community, Logistics or supply chain management industry experience Strong with functional understanding of solution.
• Or similar roles within other software product / solutions company.
• Qualification:
• Bachelor’s in management/engineering/ IT/logistics or any other relevant discipline
• MBA preferred
