Key responsibility areas of a Social Media Manager:

1. Ideation and strategy for the allocated brands

2. Smooth execution of the strategy and working with team on content creation

3. Conduct morning meetings each day with your team

4. Grooming and training the team

5. Review all the social media accounts on a monthly/weekly basis.

6. Coordinating with all other departments for execution of design, content, blogs and all the technology related requirements

7. Setting processes for smooth work-flow and follow the existing structure without errors

8. Creating and nurturing a positive and inspiring work environment for all the team members

9. Client liaisoning and providing clients with the best customer experience

10. Following up with clients for the payment as and when required

11. Auditing of all the accounts on weekly/monthly basis

12. Hiring the right talent with the help of HR
