Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Gold Loan Executive to join our team at our Ettumanoor branche. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers with up to one year of work experience in the financial services industry. The Gold Loan Executive will be responsible for enhancing customer experience and performing duties related to gold loans.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for Gold Loan Marketing
• Will be responsible for verifying the purity of Gold Loan Pledged
• Will be joint custodian at the Branch
• Manage the gold loan process from initiation to disbursement and ensure customer satisfaction throughout.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate and minimize potential loan default risks.
• Provide accurate gold valuation services to customers seeking loans against their gold assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Contribute to branch performance by meeting sales targets and enhancing customer service experiences.
