Administer the global systems for bidding, awarding, work allocation, and execution

● Manage Project Minting for productions globally

● Liaise with bidding producers globally to ensure that the total award, Production Payment

Milestones and Vendor Payment Milestones are kept in sync

● Be the point of contact for issues with the bidding systems

● Manage regular feedback meetings with Bidding Producers and channel the feedback to

the stakeholders

● Manage and improve the Shotgrid site

● Keep an overview of the Shotgrid site and ensure that vendors are using it correctly

● Be a point of contact for vendors for any Shotgrid or bidding issues

● Manage Vendor Payment Milestones, ensure that milestones are approved, invoiced and

paid as they are met

● Work with Finance to ensure that productions are charged and vendors are paid as

milestones are met

● Maintain a global overview of all active projects

● Excellent project management and client communication skills

● Expert in Shotgrid

● Extensive production operations experience
