1)   Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java development

2)   Commercial experience using the Java Development

3)   should be strong on basics of core Java

a)   Basic Oops concepts

b)   String

c)   Collections

d)   Exceptions

e)   Interface

f)    Inheritance

4)   Spring Family - Spring Boot, Spring Core

5)   Experience in creating Micro service using REST & Spring Boot

6)   Hands on experience on Oracle or SQL Server database

7)   Knowledgeable in AWS cloud.

8)   Agile Experience: Should be able to understand Scrum ceremonies and able to demonstrate experience on Agile
